new backstroke wedge

Those at training last night had the first chance to try out the new backstroke start wedge. Bought with some of the money gratefully received from the Mick George Skip of Gold Competition, we hope that all the club swimmers will benefit from being able to practice with the new style start wedge and hopefully, improve their overall performance in backstroke.
Andrea will look to include it in any training sessions focusing on backstroke and starts and turns. Make sure you don’t miss them!
